二级截骨术，全关节突棘突截骨（Ponte Osteotomy）
三级或四级截骨术，经椎弓根椎体楔形截骨（Pedicle Subtraction Osteotomy, PSO）
五级或六级截骨术，全脊椎截骨（Vertebral Column Resection, VCR）
